Real Sitio de Ventosilla, now owned by the Cremades family, used to be a hunting estate belonging to Queen Isabella. Today, 500 hectares of vines stand on the old hunting land and produce outstanding wines like this wonderful, full-bodied Crianza. Strong aromas of vanilla, cinnamon and nuts are thanks to a leisurely stay of 12 months in American oak followed by 6 months in French vats. A further 12 months in bottle drift by to give it the finishing touch before it is released to market. Simply gorgeous.
Made from the grapes of very old vines, this is a wine with all the richness of aroma and taste you would search for in a red designed to make a special dinner, very special. From the deep red colour to the intense aromas of ripe fruits and spices, this has all the qualities of a great wine. It is strong, full bodied and will appeal to the palate of the most discerning wine lovers.
