If you are not already a fan of dessert wines, try this and be converted! This is a smashing sweet wine for desserts and patisserie with enticing aromas of caramelised raisins. A naturally sweet, syrupy wine, it's made from the partially fermented must of sunned Pedro Ximenez grapes. It is very soft to the palate with a perfect balance between taste and acidity. Frankly, there is no better excuse for pudding than this.
