This is an outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon from a visionary wine maker - the wine maker for whom the D.O. Valdepusa was originally created, in fact. Deep purple in colour, this Cabernet has intense aromas of soft ripe fruits, roasted nuts and spices that burst from the glass with notes of cinnamon, tobacco and chocolate. It's mature, full-bodied, wonderfully tasty and well structured with round, soft tannins. Any true red-blooded lover of Cabernet Sauvignon should break down doors to get to this one.
