Wine maker Joan Sangenis has made a superb job of this red. Full-bodied, with aromas of black fruits and superior finish, this wine is quite an experience. It develops into a fat, round beauty over 14 months in the barrel. Must be experienced with good chewy food, especially red meats and game.
A seriously tasty, strong, full-bodied red created by Emilio Moro himself - so you know it's got to be good for him to put his own name on it. The Moro family has been making wine for more 120 years and like practically all of the wine produced in Ribera del Duero, this one is made entirely from the Tempranillo grape. It has fine spicy aromas of clove and black pepper with a superb balance between oak and red fruits. An elegant wine with a long aftertaste. If it's good enough for Emilio, rest assured, you won't be disappointed!
Another great red from a top wine maker incapable of producing anything average. This Cabernet Sauvignon has been crafted to deliver all the aroma and taste of a superior wine. Very ripe and tasty and yet soft as velvet - a perfect example of Cabernet Sauvignon, blended with Tempranillo and a touch of Merlot.
Along the way, you are treated to stunning aromas of mature red fruits. Powerful and pleasing at the palate, superb aftertaste. Cabernet Sauvignon doesn't get much better than this!
