In line with the best roses, this is a wine full of raspberry and strawberry aromas and flavour. Made entirely from the Grenache grape, it's dry and yet very soft to the palate. The berries are in full flavour and the wine is fat and oily. A glass to serve chilled - but don't just reserve it for a hot summer's day. Try it with anything from a risotto to well barbecued meat. Nothing beats Grenache when it comes to making a great rose. This neat rose has a very pleasant aroma and a taste of red fruits, strawberry, raspberry and blackberry. It's full-bodied but quite fresh with good structure, aromas, superb taste and an even better aftertaste. This wine is so complete that it will go well with any type of food, making it jolly useful, as well as being a very enjoyable casual drink to unwind with.
