Super aromas of ripe black fruits with hints of vanilla and wood - this smooth, tasty red, aged in French oak is named after the market town of Penafiel, which means faithful rock. This brilliant ruby red wine is made mainly from Gernacha Tinta, completed with Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. For the vinification it is aged in American and French oak barrels for two years. This wine, with its fruit driven flavour shows soft tannins and has a warm elegant finish.
