A very fresh and pleasing white with a brilliant soft yellow colour that seems to capture the Mediterranean sunshine and reward you with the intense aroma of ripe white fruits. This is a superb Blanc de Blancs from Emporda-Costa Brava - the wine region in the northeast corner of Catalonia, separated from the French Roussillon region only by the French border. It has good acidity, a flowery edge, very good taste and a corner of bitterness.
