With a production of only 11,173 bottles, each and every one of the barrels can be tasted to make sure the wine is bottled at just the right moment. A fat wine with great aromas of tropical fruits, an edge of wood but not too strong. If you want to please the most discerning Chardonnay lover, just add paella.
