This is an elegant and vivacious rose with strings of fine bubbles and tantalising aromas of wild strawberries. Sharp and well-balanced on the palate, it's every bit as dry as a really good Brut should be. A drink to be enjoyed with a great bunch of friends and quite likely to make you a few more!
This lovely Brut Reserva from Castillo Perelada is an excellent Cava that you can enjoy without burning a hole in your pocket. It has a slightly lemony nose to match its pale yellow colour. The fine, sparkling bubbles just reinforce the impression of an elegant, well-balanced Cava - easily one of the best you can buy if you want the genuine Cava experience without having to dig too deep. Real value for money.
A smooth Cava with a balanced and very refreshing acidity made by a winery whose 90 hectares have always been passed down to a Raventos heir since 1497. So they know what they are doing! Made from a super combination of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Perelada grapes, this is a dry Cava with a fruity nose that is of course, a natural for celebrations and special occasions - and it won't break the bank either.
This superior wine ranks among the top ten Cavas in Spain. As a Brut Nature, it is the driest of the cava styles so be sure you like your Cava this end of the scale. If you are a fan, then this will delight. It is a wine with an intense aroma, soft notes of white fruits and citrics and a very pleasant grapefruit finish. Something very much to celebrate in fact!
