Castillo Perelada Rose 2005

Fresh and fruity, with those wonderful intense raspberry and strawberry aromas. An ideal summer wine, this is good Mediterranean rose made from a clever blend dominated by Grenache with Carignan and Tempranillo. The result? A perfect balance of red fruit aromas with good taste and even better aftertaste. This is the perfect rose to have lolling in the chiller when you've got some fresh fish to sear on the barbecue. Or try a glass with pan fried scallops, and a squeeze of lemon - close to heaven.
