Account questions

• Why do I have to register?
  In order to shop at Baileys Wine Merchants it is necessary for you to register and create an account. There is a simple reason for this; we want to make your life as easy as possible. You will be able to change your personal details such as delivery address and password. Another important feature is that you will be able to access your order history so that you can always remember that bottle of wine your really enjoyed.
• How do I register?
  To register all you need to do is follow the guidelines setup in the registration area. You will need to input your Name, e-mail address, contact telephone number, address, and password.
• What happens to my details?
  Your details are kept on a secure server.
  Your details will never be given out to any third parties.
• Can I change my details?
  Yes of course. All you have to do is log in to our web site and go to the “Your Account” section and change what ever details you need.
• I have forgotten my password?
  Not to worry. Go to the “Your Account” area on the Baileys Wine Merchants website and you will see a button for “Forgot Password”. Click on it and follow the instructions.

Ordering questions

• How old do I have to be to place an order?
  To place a wine order on Baileys Wine Merchants you must be 18 years of age or older.
• How do I browse wines?
  

  There are several ways to browse for wines on Baileys Wine Merchants. You can use our search engine to help you find a specific wine bottle or you can use it to define search criteria’s such as red wines from a specific region or grape.

  At the same time you can browse our wines by choosing one of our predefined searches on the side menu such as wine region, grape type, wine type, price food suggestion.

• How do I chose the wines?
  Once you have found the wine of your choice all you have to do is select the number of bottles you would like and then click on the add to basket button.
• How do I place an order?
  

  Once you have finished browsing and all you have to do is click on your “Shopping Basket”.

  Once there you will be able to see what you have selected and how much it your purchase comes to, including delivery. To complete your order all you have to do is check out.

• Is there a minimum order?
  Yes, there is a minimum order of 6 bottles. However these can be of any mix of wines or spirits you would like. So you can still make your own perfect case.
• Is it safe to give my card details?
  

  Baileys Wine Merchants has teamed up with protX to offer you a completely secure transaction area in which you will be able to pay for your goods. All information is secured using the latest encryption methods before being sent over the internet.

• What cards can I use?
  You can pay for your order using the following cards: Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and Electron.
• Can I use a promotional voucher or discount coupon?
  At Baileys Wine Merchants we like to reward out loyal customers. If you have received either a voucher or a discount coupon you will be able to use when checking out of the shopping basket.

Returns questions

• Can I return my order?
  Yes, you can cancel and return your order up to seven days after receipt of your wine. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us at sales@baileyswines.com. We will then contact you and arrange for the pick up of your wines as well as a refund to your card.
• Can I return any wine I do not like?
  Yes. If you try a wine and you are not satisfied with it or you think that it is corked or has gone bad we will be more than happy to either change it for you or refund you your money. If this is the case please contact us at sales@baileyswines.com.

• Can I set up a Corporate Account?
  At Baileys Wine Merchants we are more than happy to help corporate clients find that special gift for their staff or clients.
